I went to look at a 2010 used Explorer Eddie Bauer edition. My son in law had been communicating with Kenny via phone and email. I had seen the car on the web. I ws an owner of a 2002 Explorer so knew what I wanted. I showed up with my son in law and three young grandkids and the sales people were very friendly and patient with the grandkids. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. Sean helped me set up the Sync system and I was told to call him at any time with any questions. In fact, I did call today to see about the keyless entry code. There was not one in the glove compartment and he was searching all afternoon to try to find it in the system by the VIN number but I don't think he had any luck so I may have to drive back down there to have them pull the information from the computer. More

The Customer Service was good but when I arrived the vehicle I had called about was not on site so I had to wait about half an hour. The dealership got me a better interest rate than my bank did. It was POURING when we went to go check out the van we wanted to look at and possibly buy. Sean had it already pulled up for us and ready to go so there was no waiting around or getting soaked while we se wanted to look at and possibly buy. Went on a test drive, knew I wanted it, and had all the papers signed, paid, signed sealed delivered all in about an hour and a half I'd estimate (It would have been quicker than that, but his computer was not cooperative =) ). They even filled the tank for us which was a huge plus. All of the guys we dealt with were great! I believe a man named Paul did the business part of it all (the regular guy was out for some reason) and he was great, too. There was another man that I did not catch the name of that took care of some things, too. The entire atmosphere was so different from any other car dealership we've ever been to. My husband and I went to Palm Coast Ford, with my mother-in-law, that afternoon. Sean was very friendly, informative, answered all our questions, and was never pushy or trying to sell us something we didn't want. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. We bought a 2011 Ford Focus and we are very happy with it. You need more people like Sean. We also liked the incentives and warranties that came with our car. Sean defintely kept our budget and what we wanted in mind and on paper. He absolutely treated my mother-in-law very well. Fantastic work to Sean and the Palm Coast Ford team. We will definitely shop there again. More

He has a partner who works in the same room with him who was also informative about our purchase. Sean did not pressure us at all and was willing to work with us about the price. We needed a radiator flush, detailing of the car, and making an extra key. Sean was on top of this and concerned with how long we had to wait. He made a point to check on us periodically to see if we were ok. My wife and I would highly recommend this dealership, and we will because we have a couple of friends who are coming back to the states from Hawaii and are looking for a car. More
