I was so truly and pleasantly surprised with my recent experience in purchasing a car for my teen. This by far was the best experience I have ever had - my Sales Rep. was Sean Miller - he was extremely p experience in purchasing a car for my teen. This by far was the best experience I have ever had - my Sales Rep. was Sean Miller - he was extremely professional, helpful, and was so truly kind. I drove up from Olympia to test drive one vehicle and wound up purchasing an entirely different vehicle that turned out to be a better fit. I was reluctant to drive to Tacoma as we have several dealerships down here - I will be looking for a new car for myself in the near future and will definitely reach back out to Sean to explore my options. Didn’t feel dealership cared I was buying a used car. Once deal closed didn’t even get as much as a follow up call or email with a simple Thank you.
