They must really be rich here I think this is a real dealership, but I kind of felt like I was caught up in a Saturday Night Live skit, so maybe not. In any event, I tried to buy a used Smart car there yesterday and trade in my Jeep. The Smart car was a "lot rock" that they've had forever. In fact, it had been there for so long that the salesman (oops - "salesperson" - sorry) told me they were going to ship it to auction the next day if they didn't sell it. I then made a fair offer, but they didn't even counter and we were not able to make a deal. When I emailed them first thing this next morning to see if the car had actually been sent to auction, they opened my email immediately (I got a "read receipt"). For some reason, though, they did not reply for about eight hours before emailing me that the car was, in fact, sent to auction. I asked for more information, but the saleman's less-than-helpful response was, "I don't know." Well, I am certainly no car genius, but I can't understand why they would rather send a car to auction and sell it for pennies on the dollar then negotiate further with me. I can only guess that it's because they're so rich that they don't need any more customers. Oh, well, on to another store. More

Austin listened to the type of car I was looking for and only steered me in that direction. He was very knowledgeable on every vehicle I looked at. I loved that I wasn't passed around from a salesman, to finance, etc. Austin completed all parts of my transaction. He was so professional and I will definitely buy my next car from him. More
