He was my first stop when i was very early in my research process, and not only did he make Toyota the obvious decision for me, but he also made Penn Toyota the obvious decision for me. Easy to deal with, laid back, and EAGER to help. The most appealing aspect of Sean's sales experience was that he was GENUINE, GENUINE, GENUINE. IF you are looking for a Toyota, your search is done. Stop wasting your time. Find a convenient time to see Sean Haghighi, and have a real human person take care of you, not your typical sales buffoon.. More

Ask for Sean Haghighi at Penn Toyota! My husband and I expected we were going to meet a rude, impatient, typical salesman, but we were fortunate enough to be greeted by Sean Haghighi. He My husband and I expected we were going to meet a rude, impatient, typical salesman, but we were fortunate enough to be greeted by Sean Haghighi. He was the most laid back down to earth guy, and that is why we had no reason to go anywhere else after meeting him! Although we were probably a salesman's nightmare with the amount of testdrives/ questions we had, Sean patiently addressed all of our concerns. It was a hard decision but Sean made it simple. Even the negotiations were pressure-free and easy. He gave us a fair deal and we were in and out rather quickly. We had been to Westbury Toyota the week before (AVOID AT ALL COSTS) and our rep, I think his name was James, treated us like dirt. If you are a consumer reading this review, I strongly urge you to take your business over to Penn Toyota and ask for Sean Haghighi if you want to be treated right. More

Kindly Sean Haghighi who is a sale person I met, helped me so well and I got all information between buying options. Last moment, financial person, I don't remember his name, seems to be a little bit frustrated in his day maybe... that's why I give 4 out of 5 star for dealership however sales person, Mr. Haghighi gave to me so much impression and I would like to give 6 out of 5. :) Overall, because I am a returning customer and Penn Toyota treat me as a loyal customer, I really satisfied with their services and I definitely recommend Penn Toyota and the sales person I met to everyone. More

He struck the perfect balance between being responsive to my needs, but he didn't give me a strong sales pitch. He was very easy to deal with, and his explanations were very clear. I feel like my relationship with Toyota is off to a great start! More
