Cannot tell you how incredible Boch Honda is. From the sales manager to Luis the salesperson (best I have had in 30 plus years of buying cars. Absolute worst car buying experience!!! I am a very levelheaded and calm person and I am so frustrated after the way I was treated at this dealership. Horrible horrible customer service, The managers levelheaded and calm person and I am so frustrated after the way I was treated at this dealership. Horrible horrible customer service, The managers could care less if you were upset about something. Did you not try to rectify any of the issues that were completely their fault and tried to turn it back on me. One of the many things that happened was they forgot to put the protective coating that I paid for when I bought the car on it.... When I got home and realize they forgot I called them and they tried to blame me So I had to drive back to the dealership and get it done and they treated me like I was an idiot the entire time. I would not go back there and step foot in that dealership if they offered me a free car. Avoid at all cost there are many other dealerships with better reputations and I will never again choose savings over service. More
