I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Tasca Mazda. I had a problem with my lift gate while on vacation. I called the sales rep Sean who sold me the car and he tried his best to talk me th Tasca Mazda. I had a problem with my lift gate while on vacation. I called the sales rep Sean who sold me the car and he tried his best to talk me through fixing it over the phone. When that didn’t work. He set up a service appointment for me for when I returned from vacation. When I arrived to have my car serviced the service rep Leo gave me what felt like a Royal treatment. I explained to him why I was there and he wrote up my service, asked me if I needed a ride, and assured me I would receive a call from him as soon as my car was ready. When I picked up my car. He described what was done and that is was under warranty so I owed nothing. Relief! This is how car service is supposed to work. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this car dealer. More
