They worked with us on our trade in and on the used car pricing, and are quite honestly exemplary in their effort to make sure their customer is taken care of, even when purchasing a used car. Scott Wondrasch, the sales mngr personally got involved to approve several repairs, even after “As is” status was agreed. I really can’t say enough about the fairness of this dealership. Terrible experience that explains why the dealership model is a dying business. First they lowballed my trade in by $2000. No productive negotiation on it or the new car. “That’s the way things are n model is a dying business. First they lowballed my trade in by $2000. I wanted the car so I agreed, signed all the papers, made a $5000 deposit and then was told if I wanted two keys, one for my wife, it would cost another $800, take it or leave it. So we left it. Should never be any last minute surprises! More
