My son brought his 2011 Sorento to the dealership for a knock sensor recall and door latch warranty fix as both of his front doors are broken. They did the knock sensor fix with no problem but tried to cha knock sensor recall and door latch warranty fix as both of his front doors are broken. They did the knock sensor fix with no problem but tried to charge my son $120 for the doors even though I confirmed with Kia customer service that this warranty fix is at "no expense to the customer". They were trying to take advantage of a young man who they assumed would not know any better. Not a recommended dealership. More

I first wanto say Bernard was as helpful as he could be. Drove 45 minutes during Charlotte traffic to purchase a vehicle. Someone called at 530 stating they had the vehicle pulled around front.
