Had called the day before to ask some questions but was dismissed to "just bring my husband and come in". We were driving well over 3 hours to get there. Couldn't get an answer to any question that my h dismissed to "just bring my husband and come in". We were driving well over 3 hours to get there. Couldn't get an answer to any question that my husband had asked. So we changed the number on car gurus to my husbands and almost immediately Juana called him and answered the questions. As a woman, felt this was very dismissive and almost didn't go and we ultimately ended up purchasing the car. More
