After bringing my car in for a diagnostic they said it was my bcm so they charged me $915 to “program my new bcm” when I picked the car up it continued to have the same issue and my old bcm was in the veh was my bcm so they charged me $915 to “program my new bcm” when I picked the car up it continued to have the same issue and my old bcm was in the vehicle… it ended up being my ESCL giving out and after they found out it wasn’t my bcm like they thought they still charged me and gave me a still broken car. These places are Called stealerships for a reason stay away. More

Arrived 7:30am car not worked on till 2:30 all 3-4 times came in. Also horn and windshield washer spray no longer working after I brought in vehicle. Both working before I brought in. I did have wrong parts came in. Also horn and windshield washer spray no longer working after I brought in vehicle. Both working before I brought in. I did have wrong parts 3 times, that I brought in. I order correct parts, the company sent wrong parts. Very frustrating. I ordered my own parts after market. Jeff was very understanding and great overall. Only frustration again beside horn and fluid sprayer no longer working was. Set confirmation of time being there,7:30am and service on vehicle not started till 2:30pm when I was waiting there at infinity.. More

Part was delayed then service tech was off the day the car was to be finished. Placed multiple calls and texts to check status but they weren’t being monitored. My wife brought her Q60 in for air in the tires and someone in the Infiniti garage wrecked her car. That said, Whitney and Scott bent over backwards to get the car repaired professionally. It almost someone in the Infiniti garage wrecked her car. That said, Whitney and Scott bent over backwards to get the car repaired professionally. It almost looks like a new car. You guys turned a bad situation into an awesome outcome. I have known Whitney for a few years and I love working with her. Make sure you don't lose her, she's the best you have. My wife loves the car. More
