I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Scott and Russell were beyond fantastic! I have seriously never had better customer service in my entire life. This was my very first new car purchase Scott and Russell were beyond fantastic! I have seriously never had better customer service in my entire life. This was my very first new car purchase and Scott and Russell did everything they could to get the car I wanted into the price range I wanted. Scott was honest, upfront, and extremely patient (he also had a great speaking voice!). Russell was personable and helpful. Once all the paperwork was done, Scott sat with me in my new Sonic to help me set up On-star and show me how to use all the features of the car. Throughout the entire experience I never felt as though I was being lied to or taken advantage of, they were both down to earth and understood my needs and concerns. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I foresee myself becoming a very loyal customer to Criswell. More
