Excellent experience!!! Made the process of buying simple! I found Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram after having a negative service experience at another dealership. The service department was so helpful in repairing my vehicle. When it was no longer worth repairing my vehicle, the staff encouraged me look for a new vehicle. I was very attached to my Charger and didn’t think I could find another vehicle I would like as much. I was introduced to the Chrysler 300 when my car was being repaired and I needed a rental. I fell in love with the vehicle and ended up buying one. EVERYONE at this dealship is helpful and customer focused. I’ve had the best experience with the staff in the service department especially Jim and Scott. Wayne made the process of buying my new car easy and painless, Dennis found the exact vehicle I was lookin for, and Vinny was so helpful with the financing. Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is an EXCELLENT dealership that I will return to and refer friends and family to as well. More

Could have been 5 stars I purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Elmwood and although I am generally happy with the vehicle and the dealership I did experience some issues with I purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Elmwood and although I am generally happy with the vehicle and the dealership I did experience some issues with lack of follow through. Initially I stopped in to see the van after seeing an online ad and Al was very helpful withthe test drive and questions. I returned to see the car a week later and Mark gave me a very fair price for my trade so I decided to purchase the van. I dealt with Damien that day and he was very friendly and helpful. I noticed the low tire light was still on and inquired about the recall mentioned in the car fax report. Damien agreed to look into these issues before I returned to pick the vehicle. After doing all the paperwork to purchase, register, etc the vehicle, I went to drive home and the tire light was still on. The car had been detailed, washed, etc but low tire indicator was still on. I was somewhat concerned that there could be an issue as I had no way of knowing if it just never got fixed or if a tire kept going low. Damien had service check the tires and I went on my way (with 1/4 tank of gas only). The next day I noticed the passenger window would not go down from driver's side control and e-mailed Damien. He assured me that the service department would check the van at my convenience. I contacted Damien the next week to let him know the day and time I could stop by with the van and he said he would make an appointment for me. Again, I asked about the recall issue. When I arrived the next day for my service apt they had no request or appointment scheduled for me and could not fit me in at that time. We scheduled an apt for another Thursday and they also advised me how to look up the recall myself on line. It was very aggravating to go 40 minutes out of my way on my day off, for an appointment that was never scheduled! The day of the service visit Elmwood was unable to fix the issue but made arrangements for Bristol Toyota to fix the window problem as well as the open recall. They transported the van over to Bristol for me and I dealt with them to finish the job. I feel that this would have been a 5 star experience if the details would have been addressed. I shouldn't have to research the recall on my own, waste time showing up for a non-existent appointment, and worry the tires will go flat since this was not addressed prior to me driving off the lot. I do feel the service department went above and beyond and Scott was excellent to deal with. I would deal with Elmwood again as everyone was very friendly and the price was fair, I just expect more follow through from the salesperson. More

Respectful, understanding staff makes this place shine! After buying a used Grand Caravan at another dealer out of state, I needed service for some warrantee issues. Three times I had the van in for service After buying a used Grand Caravan at another dealer out of state, I needed service for some warrantee issues. Three times I had the van in for service, and three times I was wowed by the service I received. Service writer Scott helped the last two times I came in. (The first was great as well, but that service writer is no longer at Elmwood) Despite my having purchased elsewhere, Scott treated me with the utmost care. He showed understanding and respect by calling frequently with updates and politely answering all my questions. He and his staff even revealed (and repaired) an issue I hadn't yet noticed. That attention to detail really impressed me. While Scott was my primary contact in each of these encounters, I must praise the hard-working mechanics and recondition techs behind the scenes as well. Not only is my vehicle repaired, but it returns to me far cleaner than when I bring it in...inside, outside and even the engine! And upon pickup, the office staff has been quite courteous and efficient as well. This dealership defies the negative stereotypes often attributed to similar businesses. Their steady, professional, and respectful culture is appreciated by this returning customer. Keep up the great work! More

I'm writing today to reiterate just how wonderful this dealership is to work with. My husband brought the truck back with a concern about the breaks. He dealt with Noel (Finance Manager) & Scott (Service Advisor) and they were both amazing. They really went above and beyond to make sure that we received world class customer service and that our needs were addressed. It's not just one or two people either, it's a culture they've built. I just can't say enough good things about this dealership!! You definitely want to go see this team for your next vehicle purchase or even just service needs. You won't be disappointed!!
