Scott Heger was absolutely great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the Pilot we looked at. He was very helpful in finding us a quality used car. When I walked in with my daughters he was v very knowledgeable about the Pilot we looked at. He was very helpful in finding us a quality used car. When I walked in with my daughters he was very polite to our entire family offering us beverages. He made the purchase very easy for us and we did not feel pressured to buy any car while we were there. He sent us more e-mails after we purchased the car than during the whole process which I appreciate. I had the opportunity to visit 2 other dealerships and both of those dealerships were very aggressive in trying to make any type of sale. Scott was not at all like this and he was very conscientious of us a family first and customer second. I would recommend Scott to anyone that is looking for a used car from Honda of Lisle. Thanks again, The Roy's, PS, I had to meet Scott 1 week after the sale of the car and when I met with him he greeted my family and politely excused himself from a customer to help me with a part I had to pick up. That means a lot to myself and my family. He continues to be in contact with us about our car. My daughters, wife and myself had a great experience with Scott. More

This is the second Pilot I purchased from this dealership. They just get it! There is no hassle and no pressure here. Scott Heger was patient as I made my choices and was thee to answer questions I had throughout the purchase process. He was able to get me into the right car at the right price without offending me or intimidating me. He continues to be in contact with me even weeks after my purchase - ensuring I am completely comfortable with all the great features of my new Pilot. Now that my purchase is complete, I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with the Service Department. More

We never felt pressured and he was very knowledgeable in not only the Honda vehicles, but competitor vehicles as well. Scott was able to answer all of our questions and was very patient with us. We ended up buying a Honda Accord at a great price and couldn't be happier with our purchase. My wife and I were very happy with Scott and this non-stress experience. We will be sure to recommend Scott and the Honda Superstore of Lisle dealership to our friends and family. More

Went to 5 Honda dealerships in the surrounding area. Honda of lisle was by far the most helpful, courteous, willing to work with my price, and most importantly I feel like I have a new family member. Scott Heger helped me get my new Honda Pilot and was amazing to work with. After I purchased my car Scott drove my rental back to my place of work as I drove my new pilot...talk about going above and beyond. I even came back a week later to get the all weather floor mats and he took time to come and greet me and help me with those too. Brad Mitchell also helped with financing and was a pleasure to deal with (even though he is a patriots fan). Sager Romman was the first person I dealt with but was busy closing a deal on another car so he referred me to Scott so I didn't have to wait a long time. How nice. Overall everyone I dealt with made me feel like part of their family. The Honda family. Thanks guys. More

Overall my experience was positive. We had a minor hiccup when they priced out our trade-in but at the end it all worked out fine. I requested quotes for 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite from multiple dealer when they priced out our trade-in but at the end it all worked out fine. I requested quotes for 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite from multiple dealerships. The quote that Honda of Lisle sent me was for the exact model including all the accessories I wanted. Other dealerships initially sent me a lower quote and later when I made an inquiry they told me that there was a mistake and the price that I was quoted for was for either 2013 model or 2014 Touring. More

Scott Heger made buying a new Honda an incredibly enjoyable and easy experience for my wife and me. Scott listened to and understood my needs, and then, from the HUGE in stock inventory, he was able enjoyable and easy experience for my wife and me. Scott listened to and understood my needs, and then, from the HUGE in stock inventory, he was able to find the EXACT car I wanted. It had to be “sporty”, black with black interior, moon roof, low mileage and within my budget. 3 visits and two test drives later, our decision was made – a sleek, black on black, 2012 Certified Honda CIVIC SI! Kevin, the used car sales manager actually offered me MORE than I had expected for my trade in! There was no big hassling, “games”, going back and forth or hidden fees. Vic, in finance, was well prepared and carefully explained the warranties, & made the paperwork quick and easy for us to fill out and to understand. The owning of a Lisle Honda did not end once we left the dealership – Scott continued to stay in touch as promised to make sure that we were pleased and offered for me to stop in anytime I had a question, a concern or just to visit. Recently, I stopped by to have another key made by Phil in the service department. When my car was returned, it had been washed and vacuumed! I will be taking advantage of their free, monthly, ongoing “new owners” workshop this coming Tuesday night. The dealership is happy, clean, spacious and welcoming. Each and every person that I encountered has treated me as a valued guest and not just a possible customer. Not only would I recommend the Honda Superstore of Lisle to my friends and family, - I already have and will continue to do so! More

I was able to make my decision in about an hour and a half, including the test drive. Scott was friendly without being pushy, well informed, got answers from his sales manager with a speed I am unused to half, including the test drive. Scott was friendly without being pushy, well informed, got answers from his sales manager with a speed I am unused to seeing -- and they provided me with the car I wanted at the price I needed.
