They made me buy a new car ... and I like it. I was not happy with the result of an initial service visit, but when I got home, I received a call from Scott Hall and he made it right. Then, when I came to pick up my car, I inquired about a trade and Victoria McCleave treated me right. Finally, I dealt with Scott Elsenheimer in finance and he topped up a very positive experience by going above and beyond. I ended up with a new car and am very happy I went to Scott Clark Honda. Very Impressed I was traveling to Charlotte when I realized that an oil change was due in my 2015 CRV. I was able to schedule that service very quickly. They poin I was traveling to Charlotte when I realized that an oil change was due in my 2015 CRV. I was able to schedule that service very quickly. They pointed out to me that my transmission fluid and brake fluid were in need of replacement even though I had already had my 30,000 mile checkup at another dealership in another city. I appreciated their pointing this out to me, and of course I had them complete that service as well. Can't say anything but positive comments about this dealership and their team! If I lived anywhere near Charlotte, this is definitely the dealership that I'd be dealing with! More
