Everyone at Naples Acura was very friendly, honest, and helpful. No pressures. A price was quoted and they stuck with it, no games. That was important to me. Very nice, relaxed and comfortable experience, was not strong armed in any way. Everyone could not have been more accommodating. Definitely would do business with Naples Acura again. WOW. After shopping all day yesterday for a new Acura, I'm glad I didn't settle anywhere else. I first ventured to Scanlon Acura (Where I got the WORST experience ever), then Carmax, and ended up at Napl I'm glad I didn't settle anywhere else. I first ventured to Scanlon Acura (Where I got the WORST experience ever), then Carmax, and ended up at Naples Acura. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was so gracious, nice and tentative. You can tell everyone in that dealership has your best interest at heart and really work with you to get the deal done. Bob didn't' bother us with all the mumbo jumbo, kiss butt, crap that a lot of car dealers will try to snag you with. He was honest and fair and a true joy to work with. Scott, in the trade in department, was exceptionally fair with the value he gave me for my car and John (Finance/Accounting) department did his absolute best to get me the greatest interest rate (he even got me a lower interest rate than we agreed upon originally after a circle back with the bank). Even the gentleman sitting at the desk to the right of Bob was super sweet! Such a pleasure, will not shop anywhere else. More

I had heard from a relative and others to try Naples Acura as I was told they had competitive pricing that was hard to beat. I was looking for a TL with Tech and decided to call them. After making arr Acura as I was told they had competitive pricing that was hard to beat. I was looking for a TL with Tech and decided to call them. After making arrangments to meet them I was pleasantly surprised to see them open the main doors after I had just parked my car. They introduced themselves and I knew this was the right choice. After finding the color was not in stock they went above and beyond to search for what i was looking for. Even more impressive is that they were able to find it and have it shipped to the dealership with no hassle. This is when I found out the TL with Tech was just about out of stock at most of the dealerships. Talk about Customer Service being Number #1. As for Pricing? I tried and pursued other dealerships in the Fort Lauderdale area and they did not even take the time to search for the car, much less negotiate. I had a hard time asking others to even see if the car was still available in the state of Florida. When it comes down to Quality of Service and Pricing, I'd rather drive the distance and go back to Naples of Acura to buy my second car. Customer Service and Great Pricing can't be beat, it's what makes this dealership the one to go to. Rating of 5 is too low. Please give them a rating of 10. Honest and trustworthy team sold me a good car at a fair price. They listened to what I wanted and gave me complete information, so I could make the final decision about the right car for me. I would greatly recommend this dealership to anyone. Mark and Scott were especially accommodating, and made for a great experience leasing my first car. As a recent college graduate I was unsure of the proce and Scott were especially accommodating, and made for a great experience leasing my first car. As a recent college graduate I was unsure of the process and they made sure that I was taken care of and helped me in every way that they could. They were both very honest and did not live up to the usual stigma that is generally attached to car salesman. I had a great experience and have not one complaint. More

I am really satisfied with the excellent service this dealer had given me. Everyone has been so helpful with my needs especially Norm and Scott Foster. They let me use an Acura loaner car for the time being which I really liked. I would recommend this dealership for those who consider buying or leasing an Acura car.
