He really took the time to answer all my questions with absolutely no pressure of buying any vehicle. Great Customer Service! Scott found the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. Thank you so much Scott and To all the Royal employees which all were very welcoming. The day I bought my vehicle, it was storming outside. Thanks to Eddie Madigan for offering to have my vehicle recleaned another day when it was bright and sunny. Made me feel like a valued customer. Will defiantly come back in the future to purchase new/used vehicle. More

No pressure!! OUr sales person, Scott Chambers was the best experience we have ever had with purchasing a new car and the rest of the personal we dealt with was a OUr sales person, Scott Chambers was the best experience we have ever had with purchasing a new car and the rest of the personal we dealt with was also professional, from the manager, Mike, to the finance guy, Paul. Now lets hope the car is as good as the sales staff. More
