Very disappointed in the outcome. Brought my car in for two minor annoyances. Cooled seats weren't cooling...and Shaker radio volume was terrible...too low. Both conditions were said to be "within normal operating conditions" of the system. In other words...they are broke from the Factory...and you're out of luck. Was disappointed that no one could figure out why they operated badly. If I knew this when I purchased the car...I would not have wasted my money and ordered these two very expensive options. Service guys were friendly..but not very helpful. More

New battery... I had a battery replaced and some of my settings inside my car (clock, miles until empty, SIRIUS radio) were not set for me before I left after servic I had a battery replaced and some of my settings inside my car (clock, miles until empty, SIRIUS radio) were not set for me before I left after service. Katie tried to reset some for me. I have since received help from Mike Urbania and a phone call from Karl. I appreciate this, but I would have preferred having all of this taken care of BEFORE I left. I had to ask Katie for help or nothing would have been reset for me. As I told Mike and Karl, this is frustrating and somewhat disappointing. I ALWAYS buy my vehicles from Klaben and have them serviced there, no matter what the cost. More

PROFESSIONAL ATTENTION The wrench & engine icons appeared on the dash screen of my 2010 XLT Escape-lost cruise control and had fluctuating speeds. Called and had a lovely la The wrench & engine icons appeared on the dash screen of my 2010 XLT Escape-lost cruise control and had fluctuating speeds. Called and had a lovely lady named Katie set up an appointment for the next day at a time that I needed and requested. Arrived on schedule, I told Scott my problem and also asked him how long it would take to diagnose the issue. He replied in 45 minutes to an hour. I told him I would return within 2 hours. Much to my surprise, upon my return, Scott said it's been repaired and you are ready to go and the best part, no cost it was under the extended warranty for the throttle enhancement program. So, bottom line, called got the day and time that I needed for the appointment, they performed all work within the time quoted and back on the road knowing that it was repaired properly and I just experienced true professional attention. More
