Scott's approach was honest and sincere throughout the entire process. Scott and Carl Labarca (sales manager) worked hard to give me a fair (more than fair) price for my trade. They heard an addressed my concerns and through a "stress free" negotiation we came to an agreement that worked for me. I highly recommend working with Scott Bernard and Carl Labarca. Jenn Beamish in finance was extremely knowledgeable was very easy to work with. More

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 and I cannot say enough about how professional and accommodating the team at Delaware Cadillac/Auto Team Delaware we I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 and I cannot say enough about how professional and accommodating the team at Delaware Cadillac/Auto Team Delaware were. Scott Bernard was very friendly & knowledgeable about the car I was looking to purchase and at no point did I feel pressured in to buying anything. I actually enjoyed a car buying experience for once! The car had a minor cosmetic issue and the team went out of their way to fix the problem, and ensure that I didn't miss a day of work. I really appreciated this level of service and look forward to doing business with this team in the future! I would highly recommend this dealer to friends & family. More

repairs on paperwork were not repaired on vehicle After purchasing my vehicle I noticed that my driver side strut or shock didn't Feel right. It actually felt like it was busted and needed replaceme After purchasing my vehicle I noticed that my driver side strut or shock didn't Feel right. It actually felt like it was busted and needed replacement, but on the paperwork it states that repairs on the front suspension where performed. So now I'm not enjoying my vehicle because it sounds like the strut or shock is busted & feels like it bouncing around a higher speeds over 65mph.I now half to wait for the dealership to have a rental available for me to drop off my vehicle to be repaired.....smh... Also the night I purchased my vehicle the cleaning of it was promised for the next day which I took the truck the next day & left it only to return to a truck that look like it was just ran through the car wash not completely detailed in and out like promised so I had to leave it again. So that would be 2 days I could not enjoy the truck I just purchased. I like Cadillac, but I wouldn't refer this dealership to anyone based off my first experience. More

Scott Bernard, the sales consultant that worked with me, was very frie I recently purchased a pre-owned 2013 Hyundai Elantra at the Delaware Cadillac. Scott Bernard, the sales consultant that worked with me, was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions regarding the car and insurance. The management and financing team, including John Danze and Jen Beamish were extremely accommodating with my financial needs and I feel like I got a great deal on a reliable and good-looking vehicle.
