Hey Y'all! I am Savannah Murray and I am excited to be apart of the great team here at Murray Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was born and raised in Saint Augustine, and the only time I ever left was for college where I attended the University of South Carolina while playing Volleyball for the Gamecocks! I look forward to working with you and being apart of my dad's legacy. Shazam!

From the moment I met Buddy Price I knew I found someone I could connect with that had the type of knowledge and experience I needed to find the truck I was looking for. Buddy and his team at Murray Jeep Do I could connect with that had the type of knowledge and experience I needed to find the truck I was looking for. Buddy and his team at Murray Jeep Dodge Ram was able to meet my all needs in hours what other dealers couldn’t do in weeks. When you meet Buddy for the first time you will see what a laid back down to earth guy he really is. I felt zero pressure from him and he truly did everything for me. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that Buddy Price is my new go to guy in the car business. Call him now and see for yourself. You want regret it. More

They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the new vehicle and it was ready to drive off the lot the same day. It’s good to see that there are still folks who will go above and beyond to help the new vehicle and it was ready to drive off the lot the same day. Murray Jeep Chrysler uses stiff arm and deceptive tactics. They employ knucklehead salesmen that work under a sneaky weasel on the floor named Phillip and JD that sneak around eavesdropping on conver tactics. They employ knucklehead salesmen that work under a sneaky weasel on the floor named Phillip and JD that sneak around eavesdropping on conversations in which they (weasels) use to direct their minions on how to proceed with the sale. The mindless minions are given the “numbers” to push the sale within a short time span without giving customers a think period. The salesmen run down the numbers to the customer without even understanding the numbers themselves and are surprised when the customer can perform simple math or recognize the scam/con job of the weasel. They, minions and weasels continually put numbers in front of the customer and refuse the customer possession of the the draft proposals. Murray minions speak in platitudes. They lie about the price convincing customers that the deal is a step up from a lesser model; when actually making manufacture comparisons the scam is easily uncovered. When brought to the minions attention, the lies and dance go into full motion. The weasels den huddle is immediately assembled to redirect the scam. Also, after the sale on our new vehicle, it was discovered that system by system thought to have been included in the sale was not included. When we stepped up, or thought we did, the minions sold us on platitudes, example minion speak: does the car have this and this and this, and the reply was oh yes this car is loaded. The price was an additional 4K as the vehicle was represented as the next level model when in fact it was not. After the sale and uncovering the lies, they do an act of song and dance, and tell you to call Chrysler with the assist button in the vehicle. Come to then find out that the vehicle did not have the update for its software that was required and supposedly checked and complied with on arrival at the dealership along with the required acceptance inspections. This dealer is only concerned with the sale. Respect for customers and service is not their concern. After the software problem was assumed, the dealership would not/did not check the software version and only told us to push the assist button in the vehicle and talk with Chrysler. This dealership should be paused in its dealings, considered criminal and investigated by the parent company Chrysler that it represents. I had also bought a used beater car that I had requested from this same dealership and salesman. On agreement of accepting the vehicle the agreement made with the salesman included clean and detail inside and out, reinstall a fog lamp that had been out of its mounting and to fix an oil leak. The oil leak was the only problem said to be fixed, however, none of the minions could identify what was leaking only that a mysterious gasket was replaced. Also, upon checking the oil as it was supposedly changed after fixing the mysterious gasket it shown black streaking. After approximately 6 hours of discussing/arguing the agreement made with this vehicle, a minion manager agreed to have the vehicle cleaned. During this crazy period, I wanted to end both deals and receive my vehicle that we traded in back. They, this, criminal lot attempted to resale me my original vehicle for approximately 20k above its value using trickery and nefarious numbers on paper. The draft deal on paper after I called them out on the numbers was taken from me and declared property of Murray Jeep Chrysler and the words printed in the header stated that the form was for internal use only. In short they used the form to CTA, Cover Their xxx. Also, the minions defended the numbers on things like what they had spent on preparing the vehicle for resale, fees and taxes. Funny, we had just had the traded vehicle detailed and had it service at Murray Ford Dealership. Another lie from the minions. This dealership employs the lowest form of life for its slight of hand dealings. More
