Also really appreciate them taking care of a small issue I had with (what appeared to be a film) on the windows making it a little blurry to see through. They kept the car overnight (I was there after closing time the night I purchased it) and had their detailers clean the windows and the car was delivered to me first thing the next morning with crystal clear windows! That's GREAT customer service!!! More

Saul and the sales manager, who I couldn’t get the name for was great! We were probably the most demanding customers ever but Saul was patient with us and accomodated all our needs. They went over and beyond their job requirements to ensure that not only we have the car we were looking for but the experience as well. They even started a new program for the dealership by registering with the irs for the clean car program. Everything they did for us was not something they had to do but without any quarrels they accomodated and understood our needs. 10/10 would recommend and would shop again! More

I usually deal with the fleet department since I buy a high volume of vehicles for my business. The pushiness of car salesman turn me off and I usually just walk out. During a recent visit to the dealership for service, the QX60 caught my eye. I just asked a few questions about the vehicle to Saul. He answered them knowledgeably and offered a test drive. After the drive he continued to just answer my many questions. We kept in touch and I returned the next day to buy the vehicle. This is my first review of a car salesman but Saul impressed me that much that I wanted to take the time and acknowledge him for his professional and knowledgeable manner that sold me on the vehicle.
