Fixed 2 out of 3 issues I left my car there for a few hours on 8/2 for an oil change, recall notice and an issue with my car alarm volume. The first 2 were taken care of, bu I left my car there for a few hours on 8/2 for an oil change, recall notice and an issue with my car alarm volume. The first 2 were taken care of, but they didn't take the time to open up the alarm box under the back bumper to see why my alarm all of a sudden got much lower. The chirp is barely audible on a busy street. They wrote it off as "could not duplicate customer's concern as described". Unfortunately I did not notice this comment on my invoice until I got home (having to pay the bridge toll twice that day), and no one came out to explain anything to me when I came to pick up my car. They didn't even tell me where my car was parked, I had to search for it in the lot. I wish they would have said something about not fixing the issue, because now I have to make another appointment and take the time to go back. Very frustrating when you have a busy schedule. I took a day off work to get this stuff done. More

Professional Sara was so professional and helpful i had quiet a few questions about getting my vehicles brakes done, and she answered everyone without hesitation.
