I bought my car in 2018, it was the best and easiest purchase of a car I have ever experienced... I walked in and saw Sandrena Schumacher walking by and she smiled and asked if I needed help...I told he purchase of a car I have ever experienced... I walked in and saw Sandrena Schumacher walking by and she smiled and asked if I needed help...I told her I was looking for a car but didn't want to be pressured, she told me not to worry she would take care of everything for me, just tell her what I was looking for and I wouldn't have to speak to or deal with anyone but her, and true to her word she was the only person I dealt with...I loved sitting and looking thru her book about her life and accomplishments while she was off negotiating for me...We sat outside while the paperwork was being finishing up and I felt like I was sitting with my favorite Auntie sharing stories about life...I got so much more than a great deal on a really beautiful car, that I'll pay off next month, I made an incredibly special friend...No matter where we have been in the world over the past 6 years we stayed in contact and have helped and supported each other thru some difficult times... Sandrena is an intelligent, charming, fascinating, sincere and honest person, she is exactly who she appears to be. I was greeted with respect and kindness right away by Sandrena. She was knowlegable and did not rush me. I told her about the pre owned car I had seen online and she took me to the showroom where it was Sandrena. She was knowlegable and did not rush me. It was a smooth process and the financial department was flexible and assisted me, also. Sandrena stayed with me throughout and I never felt pressured. Thank you for making this a good experience.
