However, I am so happy I decided to stop into Ganley Hyundai Westside Imports in North Olmsted because this experience was sooooooo much better! I appreciated that the salesman didn't try to pressure me into anything I couldn't afford, and he listened to what I wanted and provided me with options. He was friendly, helpful and really changed my opinion of the Ganley dealerships. I would definitely (and have already) recommended my salesman, Nick Misch, to others. My husband actually was so impressed by my own experience, that he came in the next day and leased a new vehicle. Nick Misch also helped him, and had a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be returning my business to this dealership, Hyundai and to Nick. More

Complete comfort while leasing my new car I had a Tucson coming off lease. I contacted Elyria Hyundia to finance the balance and the finance person never return my 4 calls. I just decided to look at what was available to continue to leasing a new car or purchase off lease. I am in North Olmsted allot and we met Jeff Lempeck. He showed me all the benefits of the new Tuscon and I was just going to kept my current one. I really liked the new style of the 2017 Elantra 4 door. Jeff explained all the new features especially the sensor safety features. I test drove a white one, I liked it, and in a little after 3 hours he and Sandi completed all the paperwork and I drove my new lease car home. They liked my credit score of 843. Linda Hartman More
