Stephanie went over and beyond what a great customer service and finance rep has to do. She took the time to explain everything in great detail and after things were finished and we found things were n service and finance rep has to do. She took the time to explain everything in great detail and after things were finished and we found things were not as we expected with the vehicle, she went out of her way to help get things straightened out and help us leave happy. Omg he is amazing he went above and beyond to get me in a good car for my budget! He was so helpful he was trying to help me find good insurance for my price he did a lot of things he didn’t have to do for m good car for my budget! I highly recommend Heritage Toyota Owings Mills! My husband spoke with the sales manager on the phone who explained that they would give us over KBB for our current Toyota 4Runner AND they would find u husband spoke with the sales manager on the phone who explained that they would give us over KBB for our current Toyota 4Runner AND they would find us the exact 4Runner we were looking for. After having a negative experience at another dealership, this is exactly what he wanted to hear. The sales team at Heritage delivered on their deal! Our sales consultant, Samuel Oyinloye, was professional and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and he took the time to explain every detail about our trade-in. Everyone, from the sales team to the finance department, was kind and professional. We left the dealership in our new 2022 4Runner feeling excited and happy that we had a pleasant experience. More
