He was respectful, knowledgeable and timely in our process. The Wrangler was not on the lot when I first read about the vehicle online. Nonetheless, Sam kept us update each step of the way. We live out of state, so we wanted to ensure that before completing the purchase, we could agree upon a price prior to coming up for the day and also see the Wrangler. Sam ensured that our time was not wasted once we arrived at the dealership. He was so nice and made my process more affirming that I made the right decision. He worked with James McElroy to have the paperwork exactly as needed with the price not a penny off from what we established prior to driving up.
