Indeed it's the worst experience with Don Davis since 2008. Very difficult to understand. Several calls didn't yield result, I had to send my cousin to visit and we have to travel down from our new locat 2008. Very difficult to understand. I had gotten a new Nissan that had a malfunction caused by a factory error. Sammy and his team worked with my car for close to a month troubleshooting until they found the root of the problem. Sammy and his team made sure they returned my car to me in perfect condition and I am VERY satisfied with the service they provided me. Sammy took very good care of me and my car. Getting my car serviced is always such an easy task here, I just love how easy it is and how well they communicate what my car needs and what options I have to complete the service or not! Disappointment. I scheduled an appointment in advance for 7:30A. Dropped my vehicle off only for a diagnostic test. I had a small accident and had to go get my car fix since it showed up some issues with the tires. I didn't have an appoint with the service team so I thought it would be long time before I hear anything to it showed up some issues with the tires. I didn't have an appoint with the service team so I thought it would be long time before I hear anything to my surprise Sammy was able to help me and figure out the problem was. He explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to resolve the problem. Overall my experience here was great and would return here again More

The car was ready early and staff were very accommodating. I spent the morning working on my laptop in the waiting area and they even allowed me to use an open office for a conference call. accommodating.
