I was so nervous to discuss my lease ending and upon arrival instantly was so comfortable. Samantha really knew exactly what I needed and got me in the payment that was comfortable for me . After I bought the Truck from Anthony, I had an issue with backup sensor. Chris Sampieri sent a loaner out to me, took my truck for a couple days and brought it back fixed. Samantha impressed us initially by leaving a detailed message about our lease end. We made an appointment planning to only garner information about lease or buy and look at a smaller car that was hybrid message about our lease end. We made an appointment planning to only garner information about lease or buy and look at a smaller car that was hybrid… not intending to actually finalize anything. She was very thorough and explained and ré explained some info until we understood. Russell then was involved in the finance deal. We decided to finalize the deal today due to Samantha’s vibrant and convincing attitude. More
