First time at Handy Toyota for service. Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. Later when I got home I noticed grease or dirt in my car, assuming someone’s hand when the Darren was very nice and answered any questions I had. I told him I was going to try to clean it. He said if it didn’t come out to go see him and he would take care of it. He even offered to have them clean it if I wanted. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DARREN! Had a great interaction with the Handy Toyota team. They were very responsive to my questions and willing to work through the process. We missed some incentives on the PHEV from the state of Vermont They were very responsive to my questions and willing to work through the process. We missed some incentives on the PHEV from the state of Vermont that would have been very helpful to know of during the process, such as the Vermont State credit as well as the 10 year replace your ride incentive that could have been done during the time of the lease.
