We purchased a 2018 Highlander and were told we would have our SD title in about 3 weeks. Now we are told that the dealer doesn’t have anything to do with out of state titles. Don’t know when we will get have our SD title in about 3 weeks. Now we are told that the dealer doesn’t have anything to do with out of state titles. Don’t know when we will get it straightened out because I was sent to someone new now. More
