I feel privileged to be part of such an established and reputable organization as the Hardy Family Automotive Group. What I have learned since I've been here, is that providing a quality and safe vehicle at a competitive price is as important to the organization, as it is with me. I am a Veteran, having served our country in the U.S. Army, and came to Georgia via Ft. Benning in Columbus, GA. I have been in the automobile business in the Metro Atlanta market since 1983 and diligently work to give every customer the best car buying experience possible. I was born and raised in New York City, my parents were both from Puerto Rico, but I consider myself a "Southernized Yankee". My mom only spoke Spanish, so I am fluent in both languages. I know we owed more than the balance. Salesman knew this before making an appointment. I was even told "if you can't get approved for this SUV l can find you another." The SUV was 5 years old, 80,000 mil before making an appointment. I was even told "if you can't get approved for this SUV l can find you another." The SUV was 5 years old, 80,000 miles but had ALL the features l was searching for. I had $1,700 to pay down. Many times we heard "more down payment and this was a very fair offer." The "offer" was based off of a different Dealership. I was trading a 2020 it's not like the Dealership was going to loose. We felt like it was a waste of time, disappointed before and we gave Hardy Dealership another chance only to be let down AGAIN. We felt we we were not being taken serious and given many slams! Customer Service has went south these past 2 years there's only 1 Chick-fil-a, 1 Kroger and 1 Publix. More
