Sam was very accommodating, patient, and friendly. He took the time to help me find the perfect vehicle for me and I did not feel pressured to settle on just anything to make a sale. I was lucky enough to work with Sam, and because of him I was purchasing this car, I love it. I was already made plan to go to Chevy dealer to purchase a car. That morning Sam texted me and asked if I have a was purchasing this car, I love it. I was already made plan to go to Chevy dealer to purchase a car. That morning Sam texted me and asked if I have any questions or if I need any assistance he was going to help me. If wasn’t that text message send I would not drive Taos today. Sam and the entire Northtowne team don't just say they value customer service, they prove it with their actions. Every step of my experience with them has been nothing short of phenomenal. I have been thr value customer service, they prove it with their actions. Every step of my experience with them has been nothing short of phenomenal. I have been through several local dealerships and the encounter I had with this dealer made my four hour drive there a non-issue.
