Jason in finance is the prime reason that I almost took my sale elsewhere. His smug attitude once he didn't succeed with upselling was absolutely asinine. Especially since I was told differing information from “management” within your dealership, which has been documented. In closing I am beyond grateful for Sam, best salesperson that you all have!
