I have purchased many cars in my life and most experiences were a challenge to say the least. The service department at Ed Martin Toyota has been excellent so when it was time to purchase a new ca experiences were a challenge to say the least. The service department at Ed Martin Toyota has been excellent so when it was time to purchase a new car, we went straight to the new car sales department. Our sales contact was Sam Martin who accommodated our needs with professionalism and honesty. For our family the situation is a bit different than most and Ed Martin Toyota, Sam Martin and Sam Smith made every effort to help us through it. More

My husband and I had a GREAT experience at Ed Martin Toyota. We worked with Sam Martin, who did some preliminary recon of our wants and needs so when we arrived cars were already sitting at the door wa Toyota. I also had done a little research first, but once I sat in my potential new vehicle, everything flew out of my head because I was so overwhelmed with HAVING A NEW CAR (WHOOHOO!). No worries as Sam gave us a thorough run through of the vehicle and the differences between the models and the hybrid vs all gas. I felt very comfortable with our decision to buy a Highlander Limited Hybrid. It did take us several hours to get through the process, so you need to plan ahead for a time commitment, but I was expecting that so I wasn't stressed. Everyone stayed until we were finished, well after close of business. Everything was clearly explained by Sam, our Finance Manager, and I hate to admit...but even signing the loan paperwork was pretty neat because it's all done on a desk pad screen. So cool!! I felt comfortable with their Covid procedures and everyone was very diligent with mask usage and sanitizer. Who knew we'd have to include this in a review?! These are just some of reasons why Ed Martin is a great company to do business with, but I would personally recommend Sam Martin and the Ed Martin family of dealerships (Toyota, especially!) over anyone else; and this comes from a long time Lexus owner! More

Seamless deal, up front, honest no bull kinda dealership. We made an appointment with Sam to test drive a Toyota Sienna because we were driving 2 hours to the dealership, the vehicle was ready and waiting and was exactly what we wanted and the price was right!
