On Thursday put $500 down told hold 2023 Ford Explorer. Internet said it had 3 miles on it...sales guy says it had around 200. Told him we'd be in Monday to buy it and don't drive it anymore. Came in Mo Internet said it had 3 miles on it...sales guy says it had around 200. Told him we'd be in Monday to buy it and don't drive it anymore. Came in Monday morning and vehicle was not at dealership after them looking at us waiting for 3 hours. Vehicle found 30 minutes away with another customer who had it as a loaner. When asked about mileage it now had over 1900 miles on it. Ended up buying the vehicle as we were in a "pinch" due to our vehicle being totaled in accident. Told vehicle would be retrieved, detailed and delivered that night which it was. When we looked at vehicle there were french fries all over the floor of backseat and carmel corn stuck on carpet in rear cargo area. I will just say they were disingenious at best in their dealings. Won't be back. More

Arrived Monday and vehicle was not at dealer but a half hour away as a loaner vehicle. Waited over 3 hours to be told that. Vehicle now had over 1900 miles on it. Asked to see manager never saw him. Told that the vehicle would be retrieved, detailed and delivered that night to us. When vehicle was delivered it had french fries all over floor of back seat and carmel corn stuck on rear cargo area carpet. We have at least 2 more Ford's to buy since moving down here and it won't be from your dealer ship's. I'll just say you were disingenuous at best in your dealings. If it wasn't for the fact that our car had been totaled in an accident we'd of left. Not good and will pass on our experience to others. More
