Pilar truly put in a great deal of hard work along with her team in making sure I got the car and deal that I was looking for. Sales aside, both Pilar and Sal are great people to work with. They were super friendly, and accommodating. It makes doing business that much better when you work with people you like. As I mentioned already, my family was so impressed with how well I was treated that we wasted no time in getting a second vehicle from them. The entire process was conducted electronically and Sal delivered my car about two hours later. He set up the basic electronics beforehand and gave a brief tutorial. He answered all of my questions and the next day, even emailed me additional step-by-step (Mazda makes a great car, but that manual...) "cheat sheets." He told me that I could set up an in-person appointment if I want a more in-depth tutorial because the CX5 Signature has so many bells and whistles it's impossible to learn them all in one short setting. He was right. I believe great employees work for great employers. Based on my experience with Sal Mendoza, Galpin Mazda gets high marks.. More
