"I recently visited Kia and unfortunately, I have to give them a three-star rating. While the vehicles on display were impressive, I found the overall experience lacking due to poor communication. The staff didn't seem very interested in helping me and I felt unwelcome. It was frustrating to have to chase them down for information about the cars I was interested in.
