Both salesmen were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I never felt hurried or rushed, as each took the time to answer all my questions. I am a single woman and I was a little apprehensive about going to buy a car on my own. Sal was a great salesman to work with. I never felt pressured by him to make a deal. He answered my questions (which may have sounded stupid to a lot of men)with respect. When it came time to negotiate, I felt that Sal was trying to make a good deal that would make me happy. I did not feel taken advantage of. When the deal was done, Sal went over the basic vehicle operations - setting up my phone via blue-tooth, the radio stations, etc. I'd highly recommend buying a car from Naperville Lexus and using Sal as your salesperson. More
