The dealership was close to my home, the sales person was informative, nice, not pushy, and the dealership was beautiful and clean. The car is a good car and am pleased with the overall experience! Both salesmen were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I never felt hurried or rushed, as each took the time to answer all my questions. Dan went out of his way to find the exact car I was look helpful. I never felt hurried or rushed, as each took the time to answer all my questions. Dan went out of his way to find the exact car I was looking for and I appreciate that very much. I had been to another Lexus dealership whose salesman was not willing to do that. In the end, I feel that I got the best possible deal on my new Lexus, and I am very happy. I would definitely recommend Naperville Lexus to anyone. More

Excellent, friendly dealership. We've purchased our second Lexus from this dealership. Sal has been our sales person in both of our purchases. He is a very professional, knowledgeable, and down to ear second Lexus from this dealership. Sal has been our sales person in both of our purchases. I am a single woman and I was a little apprehensive about going to buy a car on my own. Sal was a great salesman to work with. I never felt pressured by him to make a deal. He answered my questions (which going to buy a car on my own. Sal was a great salesman to work with. I never felt pressured by him to make a deal. He answered my questions (which may have sounded stupid to a lot of men)with respect. When it came time to negotiate, I felt that Sal was trying to make a good deal that would make me happy. I did not feel taken advantage of. When the deal was done, Sal went over the basic vehicle operations - setting up my phone via blue-tooth, the radio stations, etc. I'd highly recommend buying a car from Naperville Lexus and using Sal as your salesperson. More
