Shana, Amir, Sajjad are phenomenal people and had excellent customer service. However, the one (1) comes from my husband getting the run around about when his vehicle was going to arrive. From 21 May 2022 to present, he is still waiting on his car to arrive and it is as if upper management doesn’t give a xxxx about us or when his car is going to arrive. Due to this, I know that we will never be going to Banister Ford ever again to purchase another vehicle. Amir is the ONLY person who has been in constant communication with us and keeping us up to date on the situation. He is the ONLY person who has shown empathy and concerns about the situation. More
