Let’s say for instance my current situation was a bit complex (very complex). I reached out other two BMW dealerships which I happened to be familiar with, and did not end up with a happy resolution. I reside in Alhambra, so I just decided to give it a shot. Elvis assisted me right away, throughly to my situation and options. I submitted the application and contacts me the very next morning to the dealership and close a deal. I was in disbelief since my two unpleasant experiences from other BMW dealership. Well I was trying to check out a X3 or X2 something not that extravagant, after a couple of hours of intense negotiations and paper protocols Elvis The One and Only! Did it! Along with very competent staff they were able to approve me and helped me drive out with a Brand New BMW 5 series! I will forever be grateful, not just because of the brand new vehicle which I love! But most importantly for the excellent and superb service! Family like service! It was an honor dealing with you and the rest of the staff. Great Dealership led by Great People! I realize these two words don't typically go together but NCBMW is a truly great place to get a car if you are looking for a BMW. You can buy a luxury euro many places today in LA, (we have owned Mercedes and Audi) but these guys and this dealership, in particular, are worth your look because of their customer service. My true test of a dealership is how they treat you after you have made the purchase and I am pleased to report that they are every bit as attentive once you are an owner as you are when you are a prospective purchaser. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of vehicle, and if you are moving between brands these guys are tremendous resources to help you figure out if their brand is a fit . More
