Ptrckharris, We apologize for the issues that you experienced with your window regulator and we are happy you were able to get that resolved under warranty at the dealership in Idaho. We also apologize for the delays with getting your vehicle registered in Nevada. This has been a learning experience for us as we were unaware of the challenges working with the Nevada DMV. We aren't used to seeing the amount of delays we have incurred with their regulatory processes. The Nevada DMV told us that they were on a 4 to 6 week delay when they received your paperwork. As you mentioned, Perfection Honda paid a significantly higher fee on your behalf to try and reduce the delays in their process. We imagine that without paying these fees, it would have taken much longer to complete the registration process. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the State of Nevada to expedite the process any more than they did. Again, working with most states, the process moves along much more quickly and with fewer issues. We do apologize this hasn't been the case this time around. We are happy that your plates have now been delivered to your home in Nevada after the Nevada DMV sent them directly to us and we in-turn sent them out to you. We realize this process was an inconvenience for you and it took us a significant amount of time and inquiry to move the process along. Again, we apologize for the delays we both experienced. When we received the review regarding the Passport to cash, we immediately reached out to try and determine how we could resolve the matter. At Perfection Honda we appreciate all of our referral and repeat customer's and we reward them accordingly. I can only imagine that in a busy working environment, the passport to cash may have been filed incorrectly. We haven't been able to connect to the person that wrote the review, but have made every attempt to reach out and make it right for them.
