Our only concern was the second part that was ordered took awhile to get to dealership. Ryne had been communicating all along- but the last few days it was out of his control due to the delay. My parents took awhile to get to dealership. Ryne had been communicating all along- but the last few days it was out of his control due to the delay. My parents have special disabilities- so being without their car was difficult since my dad is an amputee and cannot get into most vehicles. Everything worked out eventually. Ryne was very helpful. Ryne was very nice. He even walked me to my car when I came to pick it up. Service was great and car was cleaned when I got it back.
