Everyone was very friendly and genuine, even the cute cats outside. Ryan worked hard to have my car ready to meet my deadline and schedule while on island. I was visiting from the Big Island and found my mother had BIG car trouble. He worked off hours to answer my email, so I could make my payment and car pick up on time. What was really nice, was Ryan had only positive things to say about our regular mechanic. Service had all the needed parts, and that helped with the efficiency of fixing my car.
