The experience at Mission Viejo Kia was above ans beyond! I had issues with my trade in but instead of turning me away, I was walked through the entire process. I didn't end up buying from this particular dealership but from one of their sister dealerships and I found the PERFECT car. I couldn't recommend Ryan and Jacob enough! More
