My Experience getting my car serviced I appreciate in my guy letting me know that I could get a 10% discount by using my card with Rick Case as opposed to the mail offer. Disappointed We have been loyal customers since 2011, we have brought family and friends who also have bought and leased cars here, everything was fine until our l We have been loyal customers since 2011, we have brought family and friends who also have bought and leased cars here, everything was fine until our last experience, my husband bought an used 2017 Subaru WRX, the car broke down and my husband took it to a Subaru dealership in Sanford Florida, they informed us that they cannot touch the car because it has been modified and warranty would not cover it. We proceed to get in contact with Jose Chiramonte at Rick Case, he has been our sales Rep all this time, he told us that they needed to inspect the car but Rick Case wouldn't cover the tow bill, we ended up paying over $600USD for towing the car from Sanford to Weston Florida. Rick Case sent the car to Subaru, who once again said that the warranty won't cover anything because the car had been modified, I want to clear up that the car was modified before selling it to us and we were never told this. It has been almost 3 months without a straight answer from Rick Case, they have done nothing, we have requested for a loaner several times so we can go to work while they take their sweet time to fix our problem, but they give us the way around, we have spent a lot of money in Uber and asking rides from friends for almost 3 months. on May 30th we sent an email to the manager explaining the situation and manager hasn't responded. This has been a total nightmare! More
