Pat took all the time to make sure that we had exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. He made sure that we were treated with respect. We truly got the "customer is always right" treatment. Pat was not only our sales associate, he became a good friend. How many people can say that about their sales associate. It was somewhat difficult to get the new vehicle we wanted, but not when Pat was involved. Shelby came to the rescue. She even treated us like family. She said "Steve, don't panic. I will get the vehicle for you". She did and it happened extremely fast. She took the time to call me back and assure me that all was set up. Pat spent literally hours explaining and making sure that we were well informed about our new Acadia. Again, ween we left there, not only did we leave with the exact and perfect vehicle for us but also with a new friend. Thanks Pat. You are fantastic! More
