He knew a lot about the vehicle and went out of his way to obtain requested information (inspection information). He instilled a sense of "I knew the vehicle I was buying" prior to purchasing the vehicle. I would recommend Eli and Gateway Chevrolet to others. Ryan Payson (general sales manager) was extremely friendly and he was very willing to work with me on the price. He took the time to come speak with me and go over absolutely any questions I had about the vehicle. I felt like I could really trust him and what he was saying.
