Exceptional service as usual. I also wanted to highlight the fact that he went above and beyond to help me find & retrieve my bag that I lost while waiting at the dealership & he didn’t have to! I appreciate him for that & the rest of the CSH Service team for their awesome customer service. It’s always a pleasant visit when I come here. More

I am writing this complaint regarding my recent visit to your service department, and I am very disappointed with the level of service I received. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would your service department, and I am very disappointed with the level of service I received. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not recommend your dealership to anyone. During my visit, I encountered two managers who were extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed a complete lack of respect towards me and did not seem to care about my concerns. Their behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I left your service department feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I understand that dealing with customers can be challenging at times, but it is essential to treat them with respect and courtesy. As a customer, I expect to be treated in a professional and respectful manner, and this was not the case during my recent visit. I am writing this complaint to express my disappointment with your dealership's service and to inform you that I will not be recommending your services to anyone. If I could give your dealership zero stars, I would. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service you provide to your customers. More

Went in for a basic recommended maintenance+inspection ,including oil change and rear differential fluid change (15,000 miles on car). Advisor recommended wheel alignment even if I did not feel this was n ,including oil change and rear differential fluid change (15,000 miles on car). Advisor recommended wheel alignment even if I did not feel this was necessary. (Be wary of that sensor at the entrance of service area. Probably all cars come up with something to be done). Advisor kept insisting so I finally agreed . Ended up paying $120.00 for alignment! Was also charged $70,00 for simple tire rotation. They did balancing which I was not informed of ahead of time and was not necessary according to me. Don’t forget the $40.00 environmental disposal fee. Ended up paying $400,00 for 2 hours of labor for a total bill of $577.50 which is way more than what it should have cost! Be very careful of what you agree to when you bring in your car for servicing. Spoke to the service manager the next day to share my frustration with him but he was not open to any discussion saying that I had agreed for them to do the work and that the labor costs were part of « packages » made up by Honda. The wait for services with an appointment is ridicules it took 20min. Before someone acknowledge me and 20 extra before car was pulled to the back .Bad Customer service and poor hygiene.
