I'm just your average small town South Dakotan. I've got a background in mechanics and farming. On occasion I get to help out in my family business guiding pheasant hunts. I enjoy fishing, drag racing, and spending time with my wife and 2 daughters. My goal with every customer is, after they take their new car or truck home, they have no doubt that they visited the right store, worked with the right person, found the right vehicle, we found them the right financing, and they are happy and satisfied with the whole experience.

I recently bought a Shelby GT350 from Vern Eide Ford. I live in Virginia so it was a bit of a nerve-wracking experience buying from a dealership all the way in South Dakota, but their salesman, CJ Carlson, live in Virginia so it was a bit of a nerve-wracking experience buying from a dealership all the way in South Dakota, but their salesman, CJ Carlson, addressed all of my concerns in a very professional matter. Thanks to his efforts and care, the sale went very smoothly. I would also like to add that it took me 2 weeks after the deal was closed to find a truck to ship the car back to VA and while I was getting worried about leaving the car in their showroom for so long, CJ reassured me that the car was being taken care of. Ryan Olson also took care of the pickup process once the carrier I found was ready and he also reassured me that my car was being handled with care as it was loaded onto the trailer. They're attention to customer service is exceptional and the sale went very smoothly. Even if they are 1300 miles away from my location, I would definitely do business with them again, highly recommend! More

I detailed the model, features and accessories I was looking for to Ryan and within 24 hours he located a truck with everything I wanted (plus a couple extras). And then they put the frosting on the cake by giving me fair trade-in value on my suv and an overall great price for the total package. I will recommend Ryan Olson and Verne Eide Ford to everyone. Great dealership. Our salesman worked with us to see exactly what we wanted and needed in a vehicle, and didn't stop until we were happy and had exactly what we wanted and needed.
