They were the only ones to find my car when other dealerships told me my car either didn't exist or they couldn't get it for a reasonable price. Cassie, Josh, and Ryan were all great to work with and got me in and out under an hour. Everything was pre-negotiated ahead of time, they stood by the word, and did not try to surprise us with anything the day of purchase. Asheville is also a great town to visit and was worth the 4-hour drive for us. I highly recommend this dealership and their employees. More

I came into Asheville from out of state just for the weekend to buy a car for my daughter, and since the car was not going to be ready for a few days they drove the car to my daughter's doorstep, which is an hour away from the dealership. They really went out of their way for us and we greatly appreciated their assistance. Ryan in finance was also wonderful to work with. He was patient and made sure we understood every step of the process of purchasing the car. Overall, our experience with Hyundai of Asheville was great! I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Our sales person passed us off to a young, inexperienced, disgruntled sales person to close the deal (despite having setup an appointment) because he was busy helping his next "customer." Also ... F & I manager remained professional but bordered on high pressure tactics for extended warranty/service agreements. This is an OK dealership for seasoned purchasers. Advise against sending your teenagers in her unattended. More

There's no better Hyundai dealership than hyundai of avl!!! Chris Cwik made me feel welcome and comfortable. I felt like more than a commission check. He showed me the cars that fit my wants, and even more so, my budget. I feel as is I got the best deal for my new Sonata. Ryan Nazionale explained all of the paperwork and options I had in a clear and pressure-free manner. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. .. or dentist. I'll definitely recommend hyundai of asheville to anyone I meet. More

Finally a dealership that knows how to treat somebody well This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Hyundai Asheville and the young man that help me this time Darion was an extremely nice young man a r This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Hyundai Asheville and the young man that help me this time Darion was an extremely nice young man a real go-getter worked very hard for me and I purchased a Santa Fe ultimate package and he really worked hard and got me everything I ask for at a price that I was more than happy with and has been there ever cents with any problems I've had and provided me the most excellent service I have to say I've never been more happy with the vehicle I absolutely adore this SUV I wouldn't trade it for the world and if I do trade which I'm sure I probably will because I enjoy trading vehicles I will definitely go back to this dealership and to Darion because he absolutely provide me the best service of any of the dealerships up traded with in the past 10 years which has been several dealerships I'm a disabled veteran and I do not put very many miles on the car so I expect good trade-in value for my car and also expect good discounts and good quality and to be treated right as a veteran and I got everything I asked for and more and proper respect from Darion Who also served his country and is a veteran which means as much or more to me than anything so thank you sir for serving your country and thank you for being such a good friend and sales person More
