He was very courteous and responsive via text - sent a ton of great photos and videos detailing the truck. We spoke by phone on price and discussed shipping; I followed up by asking for a bill of sale to complete the purchase. When I received the bill of sale the next day, the price had increased by ~$2000 - with no justification or rationale given. It’s these kind of moves by used car dealers that will ensure platforms like Carvana or Vroom, or honest-price dealers such as CarMax will run them out of business. For the sake of all of us, I’m hoping it happens sooner rather than later. More

Genuine Ryan was wonderful. I appreciated his kindness and the finance manager was amazingly genuine and friendly. They made my experience pretty much stres Ryan was wonderful. I appreciated his kindness and the finance manager was amazingly genuine and friendly. They made my experience pretty much stress free. There is one thing I want to add. It was mentioned to me that the body shop had already touched up the vehicle before it was sold to me but the work that was left behind (passenger door on the driver side) was rather poor, there were some dents and large scratches that should have been fixed and included in the price of the car, instead of the car being "sold as is" I do not believe this is on Ryan to fix but should be on management to take care of. More

Very accommodating I was very nervous about buying a new car. I hadn't had a car payment in a long time, but was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle. Ryan worked wi I was very nervous about buying a new car. I hadn't had a car payment in a long time, but was in desperate need of a reliable vehicle. Ryan worked with me, and was able to work around my monetary needs. He even talked baseball to our 5 year old and was good to him. Candy was also great. Very nice, providing paper and drawing utensils to keep the kiddo happy. And when they were fixing the bumper (following through with their word that it would be done in a timely manner), provided a temporary car to use. I would recommend Perrysburg Auto Mall to anyone looking for a new car, and will definitely keep them in mind for any future needs. More
